My name is Louis, meaning “famous warrior.” I have been a professional writer since 2019 with an emphasis on ghost writing and storytelling. For my clients, I help them to bring their own story to life with whatever they are working on, and here at Pensive Warrior I endeavor to tell inspiring tales from this great world God has made.
My focus which each post in on “The Three E’s.” “Edification,” the specific teaching of others about God’s Way. “Education,” the teaching – in a broader sense – of all things worth knowing. And “exhortation,” the encouraging of others to do what is right.
Past Experience
I have closed over 500 contracts with satisfied clients working through a variety of channels. I have worked one-on-one with private clients in person and remotely, as well as through intermediaries on a web portal. From resumes and cover letters to technical documents and web content, it would be easier to tell you about what I haven’t written. I have also tutored English and worked as a communications consultant, making me suited to meeting a variety of client needs.
My Expertise
My main focus has been on ghost writing and content generation. I love to help clients tell the story they are struggling to convey on their own. My past work as a writer, editor, tutor, and consultant has made me acutely aware of how to get to the heart of what the client is trying to say, and then guide them to convey that in the best way possible. Managing a blog has led me to learn about SEO and how to avoid keyword stuffing, making our stories sound natural and intuitive.
My Unique Perspective
Oftentimes, writers tend not to be the most well-rounded people, especially when it comes to martial arts, combatives training, and overall ruggedness. I have met my fair share of fellow writers who I would say are among a softer crowd of people, which gives them a certain perspective that can be a bit too narrow for certain projects. As a contemporary martial artist, I have found myself able to understand topics both philosophical and practical which many other writers struggle with.
My Mission
As the Lord tells us to do all the work we do heartedly, as unto Him, so do I strive to do as such for all whom I serve. My goal as a writer is to help others realize their vision who need assistance and inspire those to do their best who have the time and talent themselves. When we all do our best with what we can do, the world becomes a brighter place and we all benefit.
